The Sources of Organizational Gossips in Schools

Informal and evaluative speech about a person who is not present in conversation environment defined as gossip. Gossip one of the informal forms communication that also important school life, because schools have an intense network communication. This research aims to detect sources organizational gossips potential harm functioning. A descriptive survey model was applied research. Sources Questionnaire (GSQ) prepared by researcher used investigate topic. In factors causing are classified as; individual stemming from people themselves, social arising which individuals stay characteristics structure workplace. According teacher views features such jealousy, envy, unethical behaviors, curiosity, vanity aimlessness most common schools. At end research, there some suggestions for teachers principals coping techniques gossips.
